Fields across orders, invoices, resources and customers can be toggled active or inactive, and you can add custom fields (text, number, toggle, date, dropdown, tag, URL) on top of the standard set. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can customise your forms to capture exactly the data you need (and nothing else) so you don\u2019t have to chase around for extra information to book an order or send an invoice. Fields can also be made mandatory, so an order can\u2019t be saved without, say, a customer reference number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fields can be configured at the transport-service level too, so that different fields would show for container than they would for general haulage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Views can stay personal or go team-wide. Anyone can save their own private view, but only a Super Admin can share one across the organisation \u2013 so a planner’s “unpaid invoices” or “loss-making orders” view becomes the view everyone on the team sees, with the same filters and columns, no re-configuring required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The planning board takes this further with dedicated Timeline, Blocks, Table and Legs views, each customisable independently \u2013 down to which trip details show on screen and whether resources are filtered by availability or custom fields. Custom views now cover resources and more.<\/strong> Saved views were already available on our Orders and Invoices modules, letting you store your filters and columns and jump back to them instantly. We’ve now rolled the same functionality out to the resource lists (vehicles, containers, drivers, intermodal operators, subcontractors and combinations), as well as Companies, Locations, Order imports and Charge templates. Fleet managers, container planners and dispatchers can each save the layout that matches their role, and Super Admins can share any of these views with the wider team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Saved, shareable views for the failed task overview.<\/strong> Chasing down failed tasks is a lot easier when your team isn’t scrolling through one long, shared queue. You can now save a filtered view of the failed task overview \u2013 for example, scoped to a specific error type \u2013 and share it with just the people who need it.
