The team runs direct-to-door jobs and multi-stop routes (think food-box rounds), with specialist handling for fragile consignments, ADR\/hazardous goods, and animal shipments, both live or specimen. Backed by a diverse fleet and a <strong><em>\u201cmove fast, handle with care mindset\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, Link-Up gets urgent cargo where it needs to be &#8211; quickly, safely, and without fuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading chapter\" id=\"How-they-found-Qargo\">How they found Qargo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like many operators, the Link-Up team had outgrown their previous TMS. Development had slowed, new features meant bolt-ons for basic improvements, and day-to-day tasks were lagging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur management started looking for something new and crossed paths with Qargo\u201d, Maarten Defraeye, Team Lead for transport planning explained. \u201cAfter a few demos it was clear, it felt like the right fit &#8211; modern, web\u2011based, and fast to use both in the office and at home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It&#8217;s easy with Qargo, and we gain time from it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading chapter\" id=\"The-challenge\">The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before Qargo, everyday workflows were slowed by an outdated system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order entry was manual, time-consuming and repetitive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoicing runs were slower than the business needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The old platform felt \u201cold and laggy\u201d and wasn\u2019t built for flexible, remote access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper\u2011heavy processes around CMRs and trip documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teams relied on extra spreadsheets to bridge gaps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In short: too much manual effort, not enough speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur previous system was outdated. Qargo\u2019s onboarding lead Tom was on-site through testing and the first days in production.<br><br>\u201cTom spent a few days with us, showed us the sandbox, and stayed with us the first days in production to solve things as they came up.
