The team\u2019s previous TMS was holding them back. Reliability issues with missing ePODs meant delivery proofs frequently failed to register, ultimately putting customer relationships at a huge risk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RTS drivers struggled repeatedly with clunky apps slowing overall operations. And planning was also painfully slow, taking 4-5 hours every evening to prepare routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
