Founded in September 2019 by Adrien Trezzini, Transports Trezzini has grown rapidly and deliberately. From a fleet of just 4 to 49 trucks in under 6 years, this expansion has gone hand in hand with diversifying its services to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
Based in Laragne, in the Hautes-Alpes, France, Transports Trezzini runs a diverse transport operation specialising in bulk transport and general haulage. Today, the fleet includes 22 tippers and palletisable moving-floor trailers dedicated to bulk and palletised goods (cereals, fruit, etc.), 14 tautliners, 5 public works containers, and 5 construction tippers.
Operating across Europe, they have built particular expertise on the France–Italy corridor – a natural advantage reinforced by its strategic geographical location and operational know-how.
Why it was time to rethink their TMS
The decision to search for a new TMS was simple: their existing TMS is being phased out. Rather than waiting for a forced change, Transports Trezzini chose to get ahead of it.
The goal wasn’t just replacement, it was progression. They wanted a modern, future-proof system that could support scale, reduce admin pressure, and bring more structure to day-to-day transport operations as the business continues to grow.
Why Qargo
From the shortlist, Qargo quickly stood out thanks to its flexibility, comprehensive functionality, ease of use, and fully meeting their operational needs. As Transports Trezzini explains:
“Qargo stood out because it is flexible, comprehensive, easy to use and designed specifically for transport.”
Two features sealed the decision:
- AI-powered automation across the transport flow, to remove repetitive admin and speed up workflows
- The customer portal, seen as a key lever to improve service quality and transparency
More than a TMS: A partner that listens
The software mattered – but so did the people behind it.
”Whenever we requested changes to better reflect the way we operate the Qargo team agreed and provided clear, practical solutions.”
Although implementation is still ongoing, one thing is already clear: their operational requirements are genuinely being taken into account – not forced into a rigid system.
Implementing Qargo: looking to the future
As Qargo TMS continues to be implemented, the team is particularly looking forward to the deployment of the mobile driver app, which is expected to deliver significant time savings for operations teams and a faster, more reliable data flow. They also anticipate major benefits from the introduction of e-CMR, both for internal teams and for customers.
With Qargo in place, Transports Trezzini expects to improve time efficiency, have stronger operational control, and deliver an even more responsive customer service – all without adding unnecessary administrative workload as the business scales.
The outcome they’re aiming for is simple:
“Our team will spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving customers.”
