Step 1. Project kickoff & alignment
We start shortly after contract signing with a kickoff meeting to align on objectives and expectations. Together, we map out milestones for the implementation with your dedicated onboarding manager.
Step 2. Process & task analysis
Through in-depth discovery workshops, we assess your current processes, from order entry to planning, invoicing, and configuration. We’ll spot gaps and suggest optimised workflows to boost your operational productivity once you’re live.
Step 3. System design (configuring your environment and enabling the integrations you need)
Back at Qargo, our team configures your system based on agreed requirements. We set up user accounts, permissions, and integrations, and import your master data into a secure test environment ready for testing.
In parallel, your dedicated integrations manager works with your IT teams to configure any external systems (telematics, accounting, CSV, EDI, API), to ensure everything is ready to be validated together during the testing phase.
Step 4. Initial training sessions: Super users
We train your project team using a train-the-trainer approach. With detailed guides and walkthroughs, your team gets comfortable with every part of the workflow, from first order to final invoice.
Step 5. Sandbox environment testing
We deploy a sandbox environment configured to test your real workflows. During structured testing (UAT), your team validates workflows and outputs, supported by your onboarding manager and our in-house support super stars (<10 minute response times).
