Lee heads up onboarding across the UK & Ireland and has worked directly with numerous pallet network operators to implement Qargo TMS and improve workflows. He’ll share what great setup looks like and where operators often leave efficiency on the table.


Liam Bettt Onboarding Team Lead
Liam works hands-on with customers and the team during setup and optimisation, particularly around rate cards and operational configuration. He’ll lead the deep-dive session to help you sharpen your pallet network workflows inside Qargo.

This workshop is designed for pallet network operators using Qargo — particularly transport managers, operations managers, planners, customer service teams, and anyone involved in day-to-day workflow management.

No, this is an in-person, interactive workshop. We want open discussion and practical problem-solving. But key takeaways will be shared afterwards.

Is this event for Qargo customers only?

Yes — this session is exclusively for existing Qargo customers to ensure discussions are practical and relevant.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, the workshop is free to attend for Qargo customers. Lunch and refreshments are included.

I have a long way to travel, does the venue offer rooms to book?

What should I bring?

Just yourself and any specific workflow questions you’d like help with. If useful, bring a laptop so you can follow along during hands-on sessions.
