Simon Sparrowhawk Operations Director
Simon oversees day-to-day pallet network operations at Wyvern Cargo and will share real-world insights from running Qargo across two live pallet networks. He’ll talk through how Wyvern introduced two pallet networks without operational disruption, while sustaining 99%+ service levels across both networks — and what that required in practice from planning, visibility and control on the ground.

Sander De Wilde Vice President Engineering
Sander leads Qargo’s product and engineering teams and will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how features are built, prioritised, and evolved. He’ll also share what’s coming next on the roadmap and how customer feedback shapes development.

Delphine leads Qargo’s customer support team. She’ll share common support patterns, practical tips on how to contact support effectively, and how to get faster answers and solutions when it matters most. Offering a practical look on how our AI and the team work together.
Lee Hume Director of Customer Onboarding
Lee heads up onboarding across the UK & Ireland and has worked directly with numerous pallet network operators to implement Qargo TMS and improve workflows. He’ll share what great setup looks like and where operators often leave efficiency on the table.


Liam Betts Onboarding Team Lead
Liam works hands-on with customers and the team during setup and optimisation, particularly around rate cards and operational configuration. He’ll lead the deep-dive session to help you sharpen your pallet network workflows inside Qargo.


Daniel Hart Head of Sales & CS
Daniel heads up sales and customer services at Willmotts, a founding Palletforce member operating in a fast-paced network environment. He’ll share how their team uses Qargo to stay close to customers, maintain service performance and turn operational visibility into long-term commercial growth.

How many people can attend from my company?

We recommend a maximum of 2 attendees per company to keep the session interactive and balanced. If you’d like to bring more colleagues, please contact us on email:delphine.berger@qargo.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.

Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for pallet network operators using Qargo — particularly transport managers, operations managers, planners, customer service teams, and anyone involved in day-to-day workflow management.

What should I bring?

A laptop is required (at least one per customer attending) to take part in the rate card training session. Please also bring any specific workflow questions you’d like help with.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, this is an in-person, interactive workshop. We want open discussion and practical problem-solving. But key takeaways will be shared afterwards.

Is this event for Qargo customers only?

Yes — this session is exclusively for existing Qargo customers to ensure discussions are practical and relevant.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, the workshop is free to attend for Qargo customers. Lunch and refreshments are included.

I have a long way to travel, does the venue offer rooms to book?
