Tom joined Qargo nearly four years ago as the very first Customer Onboarding Manager — when the CS team was a team of one. As VP of Customer Success, Tom sets the tone for how Qargo shows up for its customers from day one.

Bernard Deploige Account Manager
Bernard looks after a portfolio of Benelux customers, working closely with them post go-live to make sure they're getting maximum value from Qargo. He knows how transport operators in the region use the product day-to-day inside out.

Adriaan Coppens CEO & Founder
Adriaan co-founded Qargo and has led the company from an early-stage startup to a growing TMS used by operators across Europe. He brings the big-picture view — where Qargo is today, where it's heading, and the thinking behind product decisions.
Loïc Noest Team Lead, Integrations
Loïc leads the Integrations Bookings team at Qargo, responsible for building and maintaining native connections to intermodal and container booking systems. He has deep expertise in how these integrations work in practice.
Frederik Vanaken Account Manager
Frederik manages a portfolio of Benelux customers and spends his days helping transport operators get the most out of Qargo. He has a practical, on-the-ground view of how the platform is used in real operations. He'll be co-hosting the Tips & Tricks session.

Yes — this session is exclusively for existing Qargo customers to ensure discussions are practical and relevant.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, the workshop is free to attend for Qargo customers. Lunch and refreshments are included.
