How long does it typically take to get a business like ours live?

Every business is different, but once your onboarding kick-off starts, most transportation companies go live with Qargo in just 6–8 weeks – depending on the scope and any integration needs. We’ll map out a clear, phased onboarding plan from day one and keep you updated at every step to minimize disruption and make the switch feel simple.

What can we do to make sure our go-live is a success?

A smooth go-live is a team effort. Here’s what makes the biggest difference on your end:

  • Appoint a project lead and key user contacts
  • Share your fleet and equipment data, shipper details, and document formats quickly
  • Get your team engaged with training and testing
  • Flag any special workflows early so we can tailor the setup
  • Give feedback throughout – it helps shape the final solution.

What happens if we need help during testing?

Not only do you have a dedicated onboarding manager guiding you through the process, but you also have direct access to our expert support team via chat. If you run into an issue, just message us. You’re never on your own; we’re here to resolve urgent questions quickly and keep your onboarding on track.

Will you be onsite during onboarding?

Yes. Qargo’s onboarding is led by people who know transportation inside out. We’ll be on-site to understand your back-office and in-cab workflows, configure the system with you, and train your team in person. You’ll also have on-site support during your actual go-live – so you’re never left to face the important moments alone.

Can you transfer our existing data?

Yes – we’ve migrated data from both legacy and modern TMS platforms. We’ll guide you through exporting your core info (shippers, loads, rate tables, etc.) and handle the import into Qargo to reduce manual work and errors. Got a complex setup? We’ll work closely with your IT team to get it right.

How do you support change management?

We get it. Switching systems is a big deal. That’s why we give you a structured onboarding plan, tailored training, and proactive ongoing support to bring your team along with confidence. From kick-off to go-live, we equip your super users, run in-person on-site training, provide interactive support to train your internal teams, and check in regularly. Our goal is simple: make the change easy and help your team feel the benefits fast.
